June 2011 Favorites...and Some Misses

The Everygirl's Guide to Life by Maria Menunous-I love this book! She gives awesome tips and tricks about organizing your life to be successful.  She also gives great make up, style, and lifestyle tips.  I read this book really fast, and I'm not much of a reader!  I highly suggest every girl pick this book up!

Naked Pallette by Urban Decay- I love this pallette and I probably always will.  The multitude of colors is amazing.  I enjoy this pallette because you can build the colors up or have a natural look.  Also, all these colors look great on their own!


NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils-These shadow pencils are perfect for girls on the go!  They are easy to use, quick and simple, and come in gorgeous colors!  These will crease if you don't use a powder shadow to set them.  It's easy to find ones that match perfectly!

Sephora Smokey Brush-I love this brush!! The angled side is perfect for cream and gel liners.  It provides pretty much perfect application when you use the brush.  I love the smudge brush side of it because it softens harsh black eyeliner.

Urban Decay 24/7 Glide On Pencil in Zero-Talk about soft, creamy, great color, and easy application!  I also have this in 1999.  I love smudging this out!


Bare Minerals Foundation-I LOVE THIS STUFF!  This is easy in application, it wears beautifully.  I love if for the summer because it is light and perfect for the summer months!


Laura Geller Blush-n-Brighten 'In Honey Dipped-I love using this for a highlight or just some bronzy color for my cheeks.  It's the perfect splash of color.  I am so happy I got this in my June Birchbox!

Avon Magix Face Primer with SPF 20-I love this primer this month.  It helps keep my make up on all day!  Keeps my face from getting too oily and shiny.  Plus...you gotta love that SPF!


Essence of Beauty Powder Brush- This brush is so soft and it picks up product awesomely!  I love using this brush for powder.

NYX Lipgloss in Dolly Pink- I love this lipgloss! It is such a gorgeous, wearable pink! I think that this color would look awesome on every single skin tone!  Don't be afraid to try this one ladies!  Wear it on a date, night out on the town, or just to feel a little sexy! Summer is the perfect time for bright and colorful lips!

Clinique Acne Solutions Oil Control Mask- I love this mask because it helps with the amount of oil that my skin produces.  I try to use this once a week.

Lush Mask in Cupcake-This face mask smells like chocolate.  It always tingles when I first put it on, and it does look like you covered your face in mud.  This helps with breakouts that I have had.


Lush Mask in Cosmetic Warrior-This was my first mask I ever got from Lush and I keep coming back to it! I love the way it makes my skin feel, so soft and refreshed! This stuff does have a very potent smell, so if you are sensitive to smells, don't pick up this mask!!!


Clinique Take the Day Off Make Up Remover- This gets everything off! All my waterproof make up and long lasting lipstick and lipglosses.  It doesn't smell funny, taste funny, or irritate my skin.

Now...For the Misses :-( *BOO*

La Vanilla Healthy Deodorant- The only reason that this is a miss is because it broke me out under my arms.  

Lush Lip Tint in It Started with a Kiss-This stuff is so messy, funky smelly, and not user friendly...it's so BLAH!

Maybelline Color Sensational Lip Stain in Wink of Pink- This was a huge FAIL! The Lip Stain didn't stay on, the marker dried out...Just overall frustrating!
