May Birchbox

`I got my first Birchbox in the mail this week and I was so excited!! If you don't know Birchbox is a website that you can sign up for that will send you beauty samples each month for $10 a month.  In my May Birchbox, I had the following items:

Stila Eyeshadow in Starlight (full size)- I love love love this eyeshadow!!! I am mixed (black and white) and this eyeshadow provides a little bit of color to my caramel skin tone.  It is very velvety (as the description says) and you just need a little bit for a lot of color.  This was my first time trying Stila eyeshadows and I love it! It picked up a lot better than some of my MAC eyeshadows. 

Bulgari Mon Jasmin Noir Perfume-I wore this today.  I'm not too crazy about the scent.  The jasmine was too strong for me, but it would be nice if you're in a pinch!

Archipelago Pomegranate Soap-It smells so yummy that I just leave in my bathroom to make it smell delicious.  I have not used it yet though.

Ahava Mineral Hand Cream-This is my favorite item this month.  This hand cream has totally changed the way I think about lotion on my hands.  It melts into your skin, like butter on toast.  It does not make your skin feel greasy at all.  I plan to order the full size hand cream soon! Every girl should have this in her purse or by her bedside! 

I was pleasantly surprised with this!  I will keep ordering Birchboxes.  I think it is a good way to try things, especially if you aren't too sure about certain things, and also to introduce you to new products.
